About The Position

NovaCare Rehabilitation is hiring an Outpatient Physical Therapist for its Owings Mills, Maryland location. The role treats a diverse orthopedic patient population, with opportunities to develop expertise in areas including sports medicine, vestibular rehabilitation, neurology, concussion care, and hand therapy. Clinicians receive mentorship, professional development, and support for pursuing specialty interests. The advertised caseload is 10–12 patients per day. Salary is $80,000–$100,000, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and indefinite student loan assistance with no repayment required.

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current state physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain required corporate and clinical services training and comply with state, local, and federal regulations.
• Evaluate and treat patients; direct and document their treatment.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
• Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
