About The Position

NovaCare Rehabilitation in Odenton, Maryland, is seeking a compassionate, driven Physical Therapist to join its collaborative outpatient orthopedic team. The center treats a diverse orthopedic population and offers clinicians opportunities to build broad clinical expertise and pursue specialty interests. New graduates and experienced clinicians are welcome, with mentorship and onboarding, professional development, and opportunities to grow within Select Medical's clinical programs. Alongside general orthopedics, clinicians may receive advanced training and mentorship in specialty programs such as ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation and CoreVia Pelvic Health. Other specialty areas include sports medicine, vestibular rehabilitation, lymphedema, and more. The role is full-time, with stated compensation of $80,000–$100,000 and a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Student loan assistance is available.

Requirements

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
Current state physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Complete and maintain required corporate and clinical services training and comply with state, local, and federal regulations.
Evaluate and treat patients, direct their treatment, and document care.
Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
