About The Position

NovaCare Rehabilitation in Odenton, Maryland, is seeking a compassionate, driven Physical Therapist to join its collaborative outpatient orthopedic team. The center treats a diverse orthopedic population and offers opportunities to develop broad clinical expertise and pursue specialty interests. New graduates and experienced clinicians can access structured mentorship, onboarding, professional development, and specialty training. Clinicians may develop skills in programs such as ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation and CoreVia Pelvic Health, as well as other clinical specialties. This is a full-time position with compensation of $80,000–$100,000 and a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Student loan assistance is available.

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current state physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain required corporate and clinical services training, and comply with state, local, and federal regulations.
• Evaluate and treat patients; direct and document their treatment.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
• Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
