About The Position

Results Physiotherapy with Ascension - Saint Thomas, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is hiring Float Physical Therapists to provide outpatient orthopedic physical therapy across clinics in the Hendersonville, Gallatin, Portland, and White House areas of Tennessee. The role is available in full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules and is open to new graduates as well as experienced clinicians. Float therapists treat a varied patient population, collaborate with multiple clinical teams, and have opportunities to develop their skills and advance their careers. The position includes structured onboarding and a gradual 12-week ramp-up for new graduates, a 12-month one-on-one clinical mentorship program, and access to in-house residency, fellowship, pelvic health development, and continuing education programs. Upstream’s central support teams and technology are intended to reduce administrative work so clinicians can focus on patients and their teams. A generative AI documentation scribe is noted as new for 2026.

Requirements

Graduate or upcoming graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program; DPT, MPT, or equivalent.
Active or pending Tennessee Physical Therapist license, or eligibility for licensure.
