About The Position

Results Physiotherapy with Ascension - Saint Thomas, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is hiring Float Physical Therapists to provide outpatient orthopedic physical therapy across clinics in the Hendersonville, Gallatin, Portland, and White House areas of Tennessee. The position is available full-time, part-time, or PRN and is open to new graduates as well as experienced clinicians. Float therapists treat a variety of patients and work with multiple clinical teams, offering a dynamic environment and opportunities to develop clinical skills and professional connections. The organization provides structured onboarding and training, a gradual 12-week ramp-up period for new-grad physical therapists, and a 12-month one-on-one mentorship program. Clinicians can also access in-house residency and fellowship programs, a Pelvic Health Development Program, continuing education opportunities, and pathways for career advancement. Upstream’s central support teams and technology—including a generative AI documentation scribe planned for 2026—are intended to reduce administrative work and support patient care.

Requirements

Graduate or upcoming graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program; DPT, MPT, or equivalent.
Active or pending Tennessee Physical Therapist license, or eligibility for licensure.

Responsibilities
