About The Position

Results Physiotherapy with Ascension - Saint Thomas, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is hiring Float Physical Therapists to provide outpatient orthopedic physical therapy coverage across multiple clinic locations in Nashville, Tennessee. Full-time, part-time, and PRN options are available, including opportunities for new graduates. The role offers exposure to diverse patients, clinics, and clinical teams, with mentorship and professional development opportunities. Float therapists develop individualized, evidence-based care plans and deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven therapy while building relationships with patients, local providers, peers, and clinic teams. The organization provides structured onboarding and, for new graduates, a gradual 12-week ramp-up period. Clinicians can access a 12-month one-on-one mentorship program, in-house residency and fellowship programs, a Pelvic Health Development Program, continuing education resources, and career advancement pathways. Central support teams help manage administrative work so clinicians can focus on patient care and collaboration.

Requirements

Graduate or upcoming graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program; DPT, MPT, or equivalent.
Active or pending Tennessee Physical Therapist license, or eligibility for licensure.
