About The Position

Results Physiotherapy with Ascension - Saint Thomas, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is hiring float Physical Therapists to provide outpatient orthopedic physical therapy across clinics in the Hendersonville, Gallatin, Portland, and White House areas of Tennessee. Full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules are available, and new graduates are welcome. The float role offers experience treating a wide variety of patients and working with multiple clinical teams in a dynamic, collaborative environment. The therapist will develop individualized, evidence-based care plans and provide high-quality, outcomes-driven therapy. The role also involves collaborating with peers, building relationships with patients and local providers, and continuing professional learning through Upstream's education and development programs. New-graduate support includes structured onboarding, training, a gradual 12-week ramp-up, and a 12-month one-on-one clinical mentorship program. Compensation is listed at $80,000–$95,000 or more per year, negotiable based on experience. A monthly clinical bonus program is available, and full-time hires may be eligible for sign-on bonus options. Benefits and eligibility depend on employment status and pay class.

Requirements

Graduate or upcoming graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program; DPT, MPT, or equivalent.
Active or pending Tennessee Physical Therapist license, or eligibility for licensure.
