Physical Therapist - Outpatient- Float
About The Position
PT Solutions is hiring a full-time outpatient float Physical Therapist to provide care for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. The role offers exposure to a diverse caseload and services including orthopedics, sports medicine, pelvic health, and neurologic rehabilitation. The therapist works in an interdisciplinary environment, evaluates and treats patients, provides individualized education, develops evidence-based treatment plans, and manages documentation and workflow in the EMR. The position includes a six-week Vitals+ onboarding program, mentorship, in-house residency-style specialty development programs, continuing education, research resources, and Limber Health digital tools for patient support. The role also offers defined growth pathways, monthly incentive earnings tied to patient caseload, and a comprehensive benefits package. Base salary is $85,000 or more per year, based on experience and market factors; monthly incentive bonuses may be earned for exceeding daily visit thresholds, and sign-on bonuses of up to $10,000 are available in select locations.
Requirements
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
- Current or pending state licensure.
- BLS certification.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage a full clinical caseload of 10–12 patients per day.
