About The Position

RH is seeking an Outlet Operations Leader to develop a high-energy, results-driven stock team and ensure the seamless flow of outlet operations. The role partners with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence, safeguard inventory accuracy, and uphold safety standards. RH Outlets offer an elevated luxury-value experience in home furnishings. They curate discontinued, returned, and slightly imperfect items, extending the life of RH designs and making them accessible to a broader audience.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of leadership experience in retail; home furnishings experience preferred.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
• Experience with inventory management systems and processes.
• Adaptability and resilience, with a solutions-focused approach to change and challenges.
• Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule across all operational hours.

• Retail leadership experience in home furnishings.

Responsibilities

• Train the stock team to uphold safety protocols and inventory policies, fostering accountability and operational excellence.
• Oversee the receipt, processing, and movement of merchandise from truck to storage to sales floor, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and readiness for customers.
• Safeguard inventory integrity by ensuring merchandise is properly tagged and monitor operational metrics, including inventory accuracy and processing timelines, to drive continuous improvement.
• Direct product release to third-party delivery partners and customers, ensuring accuracy and exceptional service.
• Authorize and manage the destruction of products designated as marked out of stock (MOS), in compliance with company policies.
• Ensure operational interactions with customers and delivery partners reflect company service standards.
