Outlet Operations Leader
About The Position
RH is seeking an Outlet Operations Leader to develop a high-energy, results-driven stock team and ensure seamless outlet operations. In partnership with cross-functional teams, the role drives operational excellence, protects inventory accuracy, and upholds safety standards. The leader champions quality, encourages collaboration, and empowers the team to deliver extraordinary customer experiences. RH Outlets offer an elevated luxury-value experience, curating discontinued, returned, and slightly imperfect home furnishings. They extend the life of RH designs and connect the brand with a broader audience.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of leadership experience in retail, preferably in home furnishings.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
- Experience with inventory management systems and processes.
- Adaptability and resilience, with a solutions-focused approach to change and challenges.
- Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule across all operational hours.
Responsibilities
- Train the stock team to follow safety protocols and inventory policies, fostering accountability and operational excellence.
- Oversee merchandise receipt, processing, and movement from truck to storage to sales floor, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and customer readiness.
- Protect inventory integrity by ensuring merchandise is properly tagged and monitoring inventory accuracy and processing timelines.
- Direct product releases to third-party delivery partners and customers, ensuring accuracy and exceptional service.
- Authorize and manage destruction of products designated as marked out of stock (MOS), in accordance with company policies.
- Ensure operational interactions with customers and delivery partners reflect company service standards.
