About The Position

RH is seeking an Outlet Facilities Associate to execute maintenance and housekeeping initiatives for an RH Outlet. The associate partners closely with the Outlet Team to meet maintenance needs and maintain RH standards. RH Outlets offer an elevated luxury-value experience and feature discontinued, returned, and slightly imperfect home furnishings.

Requirements

• Demonstrate strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
• Manage multiple priorities and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Lift and mobilize items weighing up to 75 pounds using appropriate equipment and techniques.
• Maneuver effectively around the Outlet floor, stock room, and office.
• Meet physical demands that include prolonged standing, twisting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending, and climbing.

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee facility maintenance, repair, and housekeeping operations.
• Ensure the upkeep and functionality of facility areas, including the building exterior and interior, grounds, systems, and storage structures.
• Manage preventive maintenance programs for equipment and operational assets, including doors, carts, dollies, tools, and ladders.
• Minimize operational disruptions by prioritizing, scheduling, and carrying out preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance activities.
• Maintain a safe and compliant work environment by upholding OSHA and HAZMAT standards and requirements.
