About The Position

RH is seeking an Outlet Facilities Associate to execute maintenance and housekeeping initiatives for an RH Outlet. The associate works closely with the Outlet Team to ensure maintenance needs are met and facilities are maintained to RH standards. RH Outlets offer an elevated luxury-value experience, with more than 40 locations across North America and Europe, and sell discontinued, returned, and slightly imperfect home furnishings.

Responsibilities

• Live RH's vision, values, and beliefs every day.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee facility maintenance, repair, and housekeeping operations.
• Ensure the upkeep and functionality of facility areas, including the building exterior and interior, grounds, systems, and storage structures.
• Manage preventive maintenance programs for equipment and operational assets, including doors, carts, dollies, tools, and ladders.
• Minimize operational disruptions through effective prioritization, scheduling, and execution of preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance activities.
• Maintain a safe and compliant work environment by upholding OSHA and HAZMAT standards and requirements.
