About the position
SimpliSafe is seeking an experienced and motivated Outbound Sales Supervisor to join their new sales team in their Richmond, VA Call Center. The role involves driving impacts in a new area of focus within Telesales, achieving sales quotas and key performance indicators, and fostering a culture of excellence aligned with the company values. The successful candidate will contribute to and execute on a multi-year Direct Sales strategy, help build business principles, and develop cross-functional relationships to accomplish goals and find creative solutions.
Responsibilities
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales management experience; indirectly or directly leading sales team in an inbound/outbound customer-facing environment
- Interest and excitement to take responsibility for building an entirely new function within an existing department
- Experience using an automated phone dialler system and/or CRM (customer relationship management system) is preferred
- Proven success with identifying top candidates and building high-performing sales teams
