Outbound Sales Representative (Seasonal)
About The Position
Hale Groves is hiring a Seasonal Outbound Sales Representative for its Contact Center team in Vero Beach, Florida. This is not a cold-calling role: representatives call returning customers who have previously ordered, welcome them back, and help them place orders for the holiday season. The position is onsite and pays $15.00 per hour. It begins now and runs through the holiday season. Specific duties and schedules may vary based on business needs. Applicants may be subject to drug screening under the company’s drug-free workplace policy. Job offers are contingent upon successful completion of a background check. Requirements
- Typing speed of at least 25 WPM and basic computer skills.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Friendly, positive attitude and ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and reliable.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- Phone sales or customer service experience.
- High school diploma or GED.
Responsibilities
- Call an assigned list of returning customers, including follow-ups and scheduled callbacks.
- Use customers’ order histories to recommend gifts, upgrades, and add-ons.
- Enter orders and update customer information accurately.
- Meet daily and weekly targets for contacts, conversions, and packages sold.
- Resolve customer needs in one call and help the inbound team when needed.
