About The Position
Terac is hiring motivated outbound callers to join its growing network for ongoing campaigns. The role involves making outbound calls to provided contacts, following scripts, speaking with prospects, and recording conversation outcomes. Callers manage their own schedules and may take on as much available calling work as they choose, with no cap on hours. The work is fully remote and uses the caller’s own desktop or phone setup. Compensation is $30 per hour. Terac builds a pool of vetted human experts for AI research, recruiting, screening, and paying study participants.
Requirements
- Experience with outbound calling, telemarketing, or sales.
- Comfort working remotely and managing your own time.
- Strong verbal communication and phone etiquette.
- Access to a reliable phone and internet connection.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to provided contact lists.
- Follow provided scripts and guidelines during conversations.
- Accurately log call outcomes and relevant notes.
- Manage your own schedule to take on available calling volume.
