About The Position

American Home Design is hiring part-time remote Call Center Agents to make outbound calls to potential customers who have expressed interest in its products and schedule free consultations with the sales team. The company provides new leads through its marketing program. Agents use scripts and rebuttals to engage homeowners, explain why they should learn more, and respond to objections. The role is suited to experienced, self-motivated sales professionals who enjoy phone conversations and working toward appointment goals. Requirements

• At least 2 years of sales experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in a call center environment.
• A quiet home workspace for working and talking on the phone.
• A personal computer, reliable high-speed internet, and a headset.
• Proficiency navigating multiple browser tabs and troubleshooting computer issues.
• Professional and personable attitude.
• Strong active-listening and written and conversational communication skills.
• Persuasive and influential approach.
• Ability to solve problems using critical thinking and logic.
• Self-motivated, directed, and driven.
• Resilience in the face of rejection and ability to overcome obstacles and objections.
• Adaptability, teachability, and willingness to continue learning.

Responsibilities

• Make 25–35 outbound calls per hour to prospects to schedule appointments.
• Use provided scripts to engage and persuade homeowners to get more information.
• Overcome objections using provided rebuttals.
• Maintain a positive attitude when facing rejection.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment goals.
• Record conversation notes in the CRM.
