Concepts and approaches for diagnosing and predicting events in organizations. Work motivation, job satisfaction and performance, group dynamics, leadership, decision-making, power, conflict and culture.

Requirements

  • MBA or Master's degree (PhD preferred) in organizational behaviour or human resources management
  • Recent professional experience directly related to the course
  • Teaching experience, preferably in the area of the course
  • Competence in a second language (passive)
  • Successful completion of all mandatory legislated training
  • Ability to apply for positions using the worker profile in Workday if currently an active employee of the University of Ottawa

Nice To Haves

  • PhD preferred in organizational behaviour or human resources management
  • Teaching experience in the area of the course

Responsibilities

  • Teaching the course Organizational Behaviour (ADM2336 Section D)
  • Delivering instruction in person
  • Potentially adapting teaching methods due to health measures or other reasons
