About The Position
Concepts and approaches for diagnosing and predicting events in organizations. Work motivation, job satisfaction and performance, group dynamics, leadership, decision-making, power, conflict and culture.
Requirements
- MBA or Master's degree (PhD preferred) in organizational behaviour or human resources management
- Recent professional experience directly related to the course
- Teaching experience, preferably in the area of the course
- Competence in a second language (passive)
- Successful completion of all mandatory legislated training
- Ability to apply for positions using the worker profile in Workday if currently an active employee of the University of Ottawa
Nice To Haves
- PhD preferred in organizational behaviour or human resources management
- Teaching experience in the area of the course
Responsibilities
- Teaching the course Organizational Behaviour (ADM2336 Section D)
- Delivering instruction in person
- Potentially adapting teaching methods due to health measures or other reasons
