Requirements
- MBA or Master's degree (PhD preferred) in organizational behaviour or human resources management
- Recent professional experience directly related to the course
- Teaching experience, preferably in the area of the course
- Competence in a second language (passive)

Responsibilities
- Teach Organizational Behaviour course (ADM2336 Section C)
- Deliver course content online (synchronous live)
- Potentially adapt teaching method due to health measures or other reasons
- Complete all mandatory legislated training as required by provincial law
