About The Position

The Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa is seeking a Regular Part-Time Professor to teach Organizational Behaviour (ADM2336B) during the Fall 2026 semester. This course covers concepts and approaches for diagnosing and predicting events in organizations, including work motivation, job satisfaction and performance, group dynamics, leadership, decision-making, power, conflict, and culture. Requirements

  • MBA or Master's degree (PhD preferred) in organizational behaviour or human resources management.
  • Demonstrate recent professional experience directly related to the course.
  • Teaching experience, preferably in the area of the course.
  • Competence in the second language (Passive).
  • Successful completion of all mandatory legislated training.

Responsibilities

  • Teach Organizational Behaviour (ADM2336B) in person.

  • Complete all mandatory legislated training as required by provincial law.
