About The Position

The Telfer School of Management is seeking a Regular Part-Time Professor to teach Organizational Behaviour (ADM2336 Section E) during the Fall 2026 semester. This course covers concepts and approaches for diagnosing and predicting events in organizations, including work motivation, job satisfaction and performance, group dynamics, leadership, decision-making, power, conflict, and culture. The teaching method will be delivered in person, but may be subject to change due to health measures or other reasons. Requirements

  • Must have an MBA or Master's degree (PhD preferred) in organizational behaviour or human resources management.
  • Must demonstrate recent professional experience directly related to the course.
  • Must have teaching experience, preferably in the area of the course.
  • Must successfully complete all mandatory legislated training as required by provincial law.
  • Must be eligible to work in Canada (priority given to Canadians and permanent residents).

Nice To Haves

  • PhD in organizational behaviour or human resources management.
  • Teaching experience preferably in the area of the course.

Responsibilities

  • Teach Organizational Behaviour (ADM2336 Section E) during the Fall 2026 semester.
