About The Position

The Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa is seeking a Regular Part-Time Professor to teach Organizational Behaviour (ADM2336F) for the Fall 2026 semester. This course covers concepts and approaches for diagnosing and predicting events in organizations, including work motivation, job satisfaction and performance, group dynamics, leadership, decision-making, power, conflict, and culture. The teaching method will be delivered in person, with potential for changes due to health measures or other reasons. Requirements

  • Must have an MBA or Master's degree (PhD preferred) in organizational behaviour or human resources management.
  • Must demonstrate recent professional experience directly related to the course.
  • Must have teaching experience, preferably in the area of the course.
  • Competence in second language: Passive.
  • Successfully complete all mandatory legislated training as required by provincial law.
