About The Position
This posting is for a Student Part-Time Professor for the Organizational Behaviour course (ADM2336A, Section A) at the Telfer School of Management for the Fall 2026 academic period. The course covers concepts and approaches for diagnosing and predicting events in organizations, including work motivation, job satisfaction and performance, group dynamics, leadership, decision-making, power, conflict, and culture. The teaching method will be delivered in person.
Requirements
- Must have an MBA or Master's degree (PhD preferred) in organizational behaviour or human resources management.
- Must demonstrate recent professional experience directly related to the course.
- Must have teaching experience, preferably in the area of the course.
- Competence in second language: Passive.
