Organic Growth Team

Zeus Fire and Security•Paoli, PA

About The Position

The Organic Growth Team (OGT) Operations Lead identifies and removes operational barriers to organic growth across assigned Zeus hubs. Using operational, financial, and customer data, the role identifies performance constraints on revenue, implements practical solutions, and establishes repeatable processes that remain in place after the OGT engagement. The Operations Lead partners with hub leadership, sales, service, installation, and other functional teams so growth opportunities can be sold, scheduled, delivered, and sustained. The role is deployed to one or two hubs at a time based on identified growth opportunities and focuses on the operational execution needed to support RMR, service, RVM, Core Four, and cross-sell growth. The OGT is a small, semi-autonomous team that deploys together to priority hubs. It is the Operations Lead’s primary team and source of direction, standards, and accountability, while the role works day to day alongside hub leadership and local teams rather than replacing them. Operating with significant autonomy and influence, the Operations Lead is accountable for measurable improvements in capacity, productivity, and execution, while building capabilities that hubs can sustain after OGT engagement concludes.
