About The Position

Cosuno is hiring an Organic Growth Manager to grow the company’s organic visibility and qualified sign-ups across Google and AI assistants. The role owns organic content and SEO across the blog, website, and Marketplace pages, and helps establish Cosuno as a source cited by AI answers. The manager will join a lean marketing team and help shape its operations as it scales. A major first-year project is the website relaunch. The agency will build the new site and own its sitemap and design; the Organic Growth Manager will set SEO requirements, challenge the site structure, manage redirects and migration checks, and aim to increase organic traffic through the move. Before launch, the role will make high-impact updates to the existing website. The role also develops content partnerships, supports organic LinkedIn and founders’ posts until the Partnerships & Social Manager joins in mid-2027, and works with the GTM & Growth Engineer to automate research, briefs, content, and reporting. It measures organic performance through qualified sign-ups and demo requests. The position is fully remote or based in Cosuno’s Berlin Kreuzberg office, with flexible hours.

Requirements

  • Experience owning SEO and content for a B2B company or two-sided platform, with demonstrated growth in qualified sign-ups or pipeline.
  • Strong technical SEO experience, including ownership of SEO through a site migration or relaunch and growing traffic through it.
  • Hands-on experience with AI search and how language models select sources.
  • Excellent German writing skills and the ability to brief writers and turn data into blog posts and stories that attract search, AI answers, and journalists.
  • Data-driven working style and familiarity with Search Console, GA4, Semrush, or similar tools.
  • AI-first approach: set strategy, automate suitable work with an engineer, and guide writers and the agency rather than writing everything personally.
  • Ability to deliver results and learn quickly in a small team.
  • Native-level German and fluent English.

Responsibilities

  • Build an editorial plan using search data, sales calls, and trade press; develop original research using platform data and customer stories; and produce blog content with freelance writers and AI tools.
  • Own website SEO across public Marketplace pages, landing pages, and programmatic trade and regional pages, including technical health, site structure, and speed.
  • Develop GEO and AEO content, including answer-first pages, structured content, and a tracked set of customer prompts.
  • Establish content partnerships, including guest posts, joint studies, and collaborations with trade media and partners, to earn links and mentions.
  • Maintain organic LinkedIn content and founders’ posts until the Partnerships & Social Manager joins in mid-2027, then hand these responsibilities over.
  • Lead SEO for the website relaunch by setting requirements, challenging the structure, managing redirects and migration checks, and working with the agency.
  • Make high-impact changes to the current website before the relaunch goes live.
  • Work with the GTM & Growth Engineer to automate research, briefs, content, and reporting; test new formats, landing pages, and free tools based on platform data; and scale approaches that drive sign-ups.
  • Measure the path from impressions to qualified sign-ups and demo requests, and report organic contribution.

Benefits

  • Salary above market average.
  • Permanent contract in a stable, well-funded company.
  • Fully remote work or work from the Berlin Kreuzberg office.
  • Flexible hours.
  • New MacBook Pro.
  • Regular off-sites and team events.
  • Open feedback culture with regular 1:1s and development conversations.
  • Opportunity to own organic growth from the ground up, including the website relaunch.
  • Opportunity to build with AI tools and work in a fast-moving environment.
