About The Position

Chime is hiring a Content Marketing Manager to own content and citation work that increases the company’s visibility in AI search. The role owns Chime’s blog from planning through publication, runs AI-powered content workflows, and earns coverage on trusted third-party sources. The position partners with the Principal, AI Search Strategy & SEO, who sets strategy, priority categories, targets, and measurement; this role owns the content that supports those visibility targets. This is a hands-on role with strategic scope. The manager develops and executes editorial plans for SEO and answer engine optimization (AEO), maintains a steady publishing cadence, structures content so AI models can understand and cite it, and manages content across Chime.com. The role also improves conversion through calls to action, email capture, conversion paths, and testing. The manager oversees Chime’s AI content optimization platform relationship and workflows, including drafting, optimization, disclosures, and CMS publishing. They lead offsite visibility efforts with affiliate and publisher partners, manage the AI visibility budget, and coordinate content through Legal & Compliance and partner bank review. They collaborate across PR, Brand, Social, YouTube, and Help Center, and track citations, visibility, rankings, traffic, and enrollments to guide ongoing experiments and performance reviews.
