Order Processor
About The Position
The Order Processor pulls merchandise to fill orders according to pick tickets, checks that orders are accurate, selects packaging, and packages orders for customer delivery. The role also verifies and corrects inventory discrepancies, stages items for delivery, stocks shelves, and maintains a clean work area. Inventory-control duties include checking order accuracy when accepting vendor deliveries, performing inventory quality checks and cycle counts, reporting discrepancies to leadership, and following company loss-prevention policies. The employee may also perform other duties assigned by a supervisor. Requirements
- One year of experience picking and processing orders.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to stand and walk during the shift.
- Ability to exercise judgment and work independently.
- Demonstrate consistency, accuracy, and follow-through.
- Computer literacy and ability to learn new software programs.
- Ability to move, lift, and carry objects up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to continuously repeat motions.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent is desired.
- Knowledge of diesel engine parts is preferred.
