Order Fulfillment Processor
About The Position
The Order Fulfillment Processor supports warehouse order fulfillment by picking, packing, auditing, quality checking, ticketing, and tagging products for clients involved in the active lifestyle. Success requires reliability, accuracy, efficiency, and the ability to balance quality and pace while prioritizing safety. The role also involves being mindful of how work affects others, removing obstacles for the next person in the process, treating coworkers with kindness and respect, and bringing a strong work ethic each day. The position is located at 3591 Volunteer Blvd, Henderson, NV 89044. Available schedules are Monday–Friday, 6:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m. at $16.00 per hour; Monday–Friday, 1:00 a.m.–9:30 a.m. at $17.00 per hour; or Saturday–Wednesday, 3:30 p.m.–midnight on weekdays and 1:30 p.m.–10:00 p.m. on weekends at $18.00 per hour. The listed starting pay is $16 per hour.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be able to read and comprehend English.
- Must be able to carry out essential job functions, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, walking and standing for extended periods, and climbing ladders or stairs.
- Must be comfortable with heights in elevated areas and workplace conditions such as dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, and cold.
- Must be reliable, accurate, and efficient, with attention to detail and time-management skills.
- Must be able to learn the basic warehouse management scanning system (WMS).
- Must be flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities.
- Must have trustworthy and moral character; pre-employment background and drug tests are used.

Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, scan, and tag products, along with performing other general warehouse duties.
- Assist with auditing, quality control, ticketing, and tagging.
- Follow NRI safety rules, safety procedures, security protocols, and standard operating procedures.
- Keep work and storage areas safe, clean, and tidy at all times.
