About The Position

The Order Output Manager drives predictable order execution, improves operational resilience, and strengthens cross-functional alignment across a complex global manufacturing environment. Working closely with Planning, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and other partner functions, the role provides end-to-end visibility into order status, production constraints, material readiness, and delivery risks. The manager proactively identifies risks and bottlenecks that could affect customer commitments, coordinates cross-functional recovery actions, and ensures timely escalation and resolution of critical issues. The role establishes clear ownership, priorities, and timelines while driving disciplined follow-through to support on-time delivery and execution performance. The Order Output Manager also identifies recurring barriers and process gaps and helps implement operating mechanisms that improve execution consistency, accountability, and predictability over time.
