About The Position

As Stampli’s Order Management Manager, you will lead the Order Management function across the Order-to-Cash lifecycle. You will manage the Closed Won process, customer entitlements, portal setup, manual adjustments, and data management across multiple tools and systems. You will work closely with Deal Desk, RevOps, Finance, AI Operations, Business Applications, Systems Administrators, and Sales Leaders to improve workflows, introduce safeguards, systematize operations, and increase automation and efficiency. You will manage an organized work queue, address problems upstream where possible, and help the function scale. The role is based in Stampli’s Austin, Texas office three days per week—Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday—with the option to work remotely for the remainder of the week.
