EPE USA is seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Specialist. This hands-on role processes customer orders, manages inventory, coordinates shipments, and ensures products are delivered accurately and on time. Requirements
- GED certificate or high school diploma.
- Current valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in order fulfillment, warehouse, logistics, or distribution.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse systems.
- NetSuite experience.
Responsibilities
- Meet daily fulfillment metrics for accuracy, productivity, and on-time shipments.
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Manage fulfillment of internet orders through various online platforms.
- Manage inventory and supplies of internet products and alert the supervisor to potential issues.
- Promptly report shortages, damages, and discrepancies.
- Assist with building and assembling products.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
- Enter orders into NetSuite weekly and track orders using delivery software.
- Prepare shipping labels, packing slips, and required documentation.
- Schedule daily order pickups with USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
- Drive and deliver finished goods using a company van.
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace.
- Support and comply with company policies and safety requirements.
- Follow safety procedures and quality standards.
- Assist with miscellaneous projects in various departments as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
