About The Position

This is a seasonal, temporary position at Blade HQ for the holiday season, approximately November 2, 2026, through December 31, 2026. The role does not guarantee long-term employment. The Order Fulfillment Specialist gathers and packs customer orders, maintains an organized work area, and edits or adjusts orders as needed to ensure they can be shipped accurately. The position is full-time, pays $15.00 per hour, and follows a schedule of four 10-hour workdays per week. Employment is contingent on passing a background check and drug screening.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Be at least 18 years of age.

• Safe handling of knives and other edged cutting tools.
• Ability to bend and lift up to 35 pounds as needed.
• Ability to use hands and arms for extended periods.
• Ability to walk for extended periods.
• Ability to sit and look at computer screens for long periods and consistently use a keyboard and mouse.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Gather items using an organized method.
• Pack items for delivery to customers.
• Keep the desk stocked and supplied with materials.
• Edit orders when needed to allow for shipping.
• Organize and label items as needed for the warehouse.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
