About The Position

The Seasonal Order Fulfillment Associate supports store operations and helps create an exceptional shopping experience by assisting customers and teammates, processing merchandise, maintaining presentation standards, and completing omnichannel fulfillment tasks. The role includes Ship From Store, Buy Online Pickup in Store, and curbside pickup processes, as well as related inventory control and loss prevention procedures. The associate is expected to follow safety and operating procedures, help foster an inclusive store environment, and support the team across the store as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and repetitively lift items weighing 15 to 35 lbs., up to 25 times per hour.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, up to 4 hours.
• Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet using a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods, up to 2 hours continuously.

Nice To Haves

• Prior retail sales, operations, maintenance, or customer-focused experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet teammates and customers, proactively approach customers to understand their needs, and support their shopping experience.
• Process merchandise and products received at the store according to established programs and procedures.
• Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards.
• Complete customer experience and omnichannel fulfillment processes according to service-level standards, including Ship From Store, Buy Online Pickup in Store, and curbside pickup.
• Participate in loss prevention procedures related to omnichannel processes and assist with daily FedEx Box Count Audits according to inventory control and loss prevention standards.
• Follow established safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures, and maintain confidentiality of company information.
• Help create an inclusive store environment where teammates and customers feel welcome, safe, and respected.
• Support the team across the store and perform other tasks assigned by management.
