About The Position
National Vision, Inc. is hiring an entry-level Optical Manufacturing Associate for its optical manufacturing lab in St. Cloud, Minnesota. The role supports eyewear production, with assigned work that may include preparing lenses, assisting with lens processing and coating, assembling eyewear, or inspecting finished products. Employees follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards while working with a team to meet production goals. No previous optical manufacturing experience is required; training is paid. The facility is described as very clean and climate controlled.
Requirements

- Attention to detail and commitment to accurate, quality work.
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced production environment.
- Dependability and ability to work the scheduled shift.
- Collaborative approach and clear communication with teammates.
- No licenses or certificates are needed.
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, or optical experience is welcome but not required.

Responsibilities
- Support eyewear production in an optical manufacturing lab.
- Learn and perform assigned tasks, such as preparing lenses, supporting lens processing and coating, assembling eyewear, or inspecting finished products.
- Follow work instructions and quality standards to process orders accurately.
- Inspect lenses and frames and report quality concerns.
- Follow safety procedures and keep the work area clean and organized.
- Work with the team to meet production goals while maintaining quality.
