3rd shift Entry Level Optical Manufacturing
About The Position
National Vision, Inc. is hiring an entry-level Optical Manufacturing Associate for its optical manufacturing lab in St. Cloud, Minnesota. The role supports the production of quality eyewear. No previous optical manufacturing experience is required, and employees are paid while training. Assigned tasks may include preparing lenses, supporting lens processing and coating, assembling eyewear, and inspecting finished products. The position works Sunday through Thursday from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.; seasonal overtime may be required. The facility is described as very clean and climate controlled. The employer offers a casual work environment, opportunities for advancement, and headphones are allowed at most operations. Compensation is $17.55 to $19.69 per hour.

- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, or optical experience is welcome but not required.
Responsibilities
- Support eyewear production in an optical manufacturing lab.
- Learn and perform assigned tasks, such as preparing lenses, supporting lens processing and coating, assembling eyewear, or inspecting finished products.
- Follow work instructions and quality standards to process orders accurately.
- Inspect lenses and frames and report quality concerns.
- Follow safety procedures and keep the work area clean and organized.
- Work with the team to meet production goals while maintaining quality.
