2nd Shift Entry Level Optical Manufacturing
About The Position
National Vision, Inc. is hiring an entry-level Optical Manufacturing Associate for its optical manufacturing lab in St. Cloud, Minnesota. This hands-on role supports eyewear production. No previous optical manufacturing experience is required; employees are paid while training. Depending on assigned tasks, associates may prepare lenses, support lens processing and coating, assemble eyewear, or inspect finished products. The facility is described as clean and climate controlled. The scheduled shift is 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., Sunday through Thursday, with hours potentially varying slightly by department. Seasonal overtime may be required. The position offers opportunities for advancement and a casual work environment.

Responsibilities
- Support eyewear production in an optical manufacturing lab.
- Learn and perform assigned tasks such as preparing lenses, supporting lens processing and coating, assembling eyewear, or inspecting finished products.
- Follow work instructions and quality standards to process orders accurately.
- Inspect lenses and frames and report quality concerns.
- Follow safety procedures and keep the work area clean and organized.
- Work with the team to meet production goals while maintaining quality.
