About The Position
National Vision, Inc. is hiring an entry-level Optical Manufacturing Associate for its optical manufacturing lab in St. Cloud, Minnesota. The role supports eyewear production, with training provided and no previous optical manufacturing experience required. Associates may prepare lenses, support lens processing and coating, assemble eyewear, or inspect finished products. The facility is described as clean and climate controlled. The regular schedule is 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., Sunday through Thursday. Seasonal overtime may be required. Employees are paid while training. Responsibilities
- Support eyewear production in an optical manufacturing lab.
- Prepare lenses, support lens processing and coating, assemble eyewear, or inspect finished products as assigned.
- Follow work instructions and quality standards to process orders accurately.
- Inspect lenses and frames and report quality concerns.
- Follow safety procedures and keep the work area clean and organized.
- Work with the team to meet production goals while maintaining quality.
