About The Position

National Vision, Inc. is hiring an entry-level Optical Manufacturing Associate for its optical manufacturing lab in St. Cloud, Minnesota. The role supports the production of quality eyewear. No previous optical manufacturing experience is required; employees are trained and paid while training. The facility is described as technologically advanced, clean, and climate controlled. The position offers opportunities for overtime, advancement, and a bonus each pay period.

Responsibilities

Support eyewear production in an optical manufacturing lab.
Learn and perform assigned tasks, such as preparing lenses, supporting lens processing and coating, assembling eyewear, or inspecting finished products.
Follow work instructions and quality standards to process orders accurately.
Inspect lenses and frames and report quality concerns.
Follow safety procedures and keep the work area clean and organized.
Work with the team to meet production goals while maintaining quality.
