About The Position

National Vision, Inc. is hiring entry-level Optical Manufacturing Associates for its optical manufacturing lab in St. Cloud, Minnesota. Associates support eyewear production and learn assigned tasks such as preparing lenses, assisting with lens processing and coating, assembling eyewear, and inspecting finished products. No previous optical manufacturing experience is required; training is paid. The facility is described as technologically advanced, very clean, and climate controlled. Responsibilities

• Support eyewear production in an optical manufacturing lab.
• Learn assigned tasks such as preparing lenses, supporting lens processing and coating, assembling eyewear, or inspecting finished products.
• Follow work instructions and quality standards to process orders accurately.
• Inspect lenses and frames and report quality concerns.
• Follow safety procedures and keep the work area clean and organized.
• Work with the team to meet production goals while maintaining quality.
