About The Position

Aspire Bakeries is seeking an Operator 3, Bakery Production to work at its Cayce, South Carolina bakery. The role operates and adjusts automated production and packaging equipment to ensure products meet quality, food safety, and operational standards. It helps maintain production flow, maximize equipment performance, and support reliable operations across multiple production areas. This is a second-shift position with required weekend availability.

Requirements

High school-level reading, writing, and basic math skills.
At least 3 years of manufacturing experience.
Strong communication and observational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing production environment.
Ability to work successfully as part of a high-performing team.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to comply with food safety, quality, and workplace safety requirements.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in food manufacturing or food production environments.
Basic computer skills.
Experience operating automated production or packaging equipment.
Knowledge of GMP and food safety practices.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor production and packaging equipment to ensure product quality and consistency.
Adjust equipment settings and perform changeovers to support production schedules and recipe requirements.
Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
Troubleshoot equipment and production issues to minimize downtime and maintain production flow.
Comply with GMP, food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards.
Support production operations across multiple areas based on staffing and business needs.
Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and support continuous improvement initiatives.
