About The Position

The Relief Operator works across multiple production positions, including HTST and blending operations, CIP operations, filling, blow molding, reclaim, raw receiving, and loading and unloading case trailers. The role also covers breaks and lunches and fills in for full shifts as needed. The employee must follow all safety, sanitation, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) policies and procedures. The schedule is second shift, 12:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.; overtime, weekends, holidays, and nights may be required. The stated hourly pay is $23.00. Retention bonuses of $1,000 after 90 days and $2,500 after six months are offered, subject to eligibility and terms.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED certificate, or international equivalent.
• Able to perform basic math.
• Able to perform organoleptic testing of finished products.
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting 50–60 pounds and pushing or pulling stacks of products weighing up to 200 pounds.
• Able to consume and evaluate a wide variety of food ingredients, including potential allergens processed in the facility.

Responsibilities

• Perform HTST and blending operator duties.
• Perform reclaim and CIP operator duties.
• Perform filler and blow mold operator duties.
• Perform relief duties, including covering breaks and lunches and filling in for full shifts as needed.
• Perform raw receiving and load and unload case trailers.
• Follow all safety procedures, sanitation policies, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Perform basic math.
• Conduct organoleptic testing of finished products using taste, smell, touch, and sight.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
