Relief Operator - 2nd Shift

About The Position

Kemps is hiring a Relief Operator to operate machinery and equipment, including boxers, coders, and automatic palletizing equipment. The role includes maintaining, breaking down, and setting up equipment; troubleshooting and resolving basic to moderate operating issues; completing records and reports; and covering breaks and other employee absences. The operator processes finished or raw materials while following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), communicating effectively across departments, and meeting daily deadlines. The position works rotating Monday–Friday shifts, with start times varying between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. The stated hourly rate is $34.02.

Requirements

Must be able and willing to perform and accept the responsibilities of the duties of the person relieved.
Must have a good work attendance record.
Must have sanitary and safe work habits and follow Kemps safety rules and policies.
Must be able to work with other employees and supervisors.
Must be able to work overtime.

Responsibilities
