About The Position
The Operations Team Member supports production and packaging operations at the Avondale site on the Afternoon Shift. This hands-on role includes preparing materials, operating machinery, packing products, completing line changeovers, cleaning, and participating in continuous improvement activities. The role works collaboratively with the team to meet production targets while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, hygiene, and food safety.

Responsibilities
- Operate production and packaging equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist with ingredient preparation, line setup, changeovers, and packing activities.
- Follow GMP, food safety, quality, and hygiene standards.
- Complete production records and quality checks accurately.
- Monitor equipment performance and report issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production targets.
- Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
- Support end-of-shift cleaning and housekeeping activities.
