About The Position
The Operations team member provides exceptional customer service while maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff. The role involves assisting customers with service recommendations, operating and maintaining equipment, keeping the car wash area clean and organized, and working collaboratively with team members.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Greet customers, assess their needs, and provide recommendations for services.
- Operate equipment and maintain the facility.
- Keep the car wash area clean, well-stocked, and properly organized.
- Address customer concerns and inquiries while providing exceptional customer service.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
