Operations Team Member
About The Position
Gateway Services is hiring an Operations Team Member at Agape Pet Services in Virginia Beach, Virginia. The role provides compassionate pet aftercare, helping ensure each pet entrusted to the company’s care is treated with dignity, respect, and attention to detail. No previous industry experience is required; training is provided. This is an on-site position in a Gateway Care Center. It is scheduled full-time, Monday through Friday, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., for 40 hours per week. Overtime is required based on business needs. The active work involves standing, walking, and lifting throughout the shift. Compensation is $20.00–$23.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Requirements
- No previous industry experience is required; training is provided.

Responsibilities
- Operate cremation equipment according to established procedures.
- Process and package cremated remains accurately and carefully.
- Create memorial products, including paw prints and keepsakes.
- Perform quality checks to ensure orders are completed correctly.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Work with teammates to meet daily production goals.
