About The Position

Gateway Services provides compassionate pet aftercare services to families and veterinary partners. The Operations Team Member works at Fond Memories in Garland, Texas, helping ensure pets entrusted to the care center are treated with dignity, respect, and attention to detail. No previous industry experience is required; training is provided. This is an on-site, full-time role scheduled Thursday through Monday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., for 40 hours per week. Overtime is required based on business need.

Responsibilities

• Operate cremation equipment according to established procedures.
• Process and package cremated remains accurately and carefully.
• Create memorial products, including paw prints and keepsakes.
• Perform quality checks to ensure orders are completed correctly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Work with teammates to meet daily production goals.
