About The Position

Gateway Services provides compassionate pet aftercare services to families and veterinary partners. The Operations Team Member works at a Gateway Care Center to ensure pets entrusted to the company’s care are treated with dignity, respect, and attention to detail. The role involves hands-on operational work and collaboration with teammates to meet daily production goals. No previous industry experience is required; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate cremation equipment following established procedures.
• Process and package cremated remains accurately and carefully.
• Create memorial products, such as paw prints and keepsakes.
• Perform quality checks to ensure orders are completed correctly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Work with teammates to meet daily production goals.
