Operations Team Member
About The Position
Gateway Services is hiring an Operations Team Member at Agape Pet Services in Verona, Virginia. The role provides compassionate pet aftercare, helping ensure each pet entrusted to the company’s care is treated with dignity, respect, and attention to detail. The team member works alongside colleagues to support veterinary partners and pet families. No prior pet-aftercare industry experience is required; training is provided. The work is performed onsite in a Gateway Care Center and involves hands-on operational tasks, including operating cremation equipment, processing cremated remains, creating memorial products, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, 11:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., for 40 hours per week. Overtime may be required based on business need. Compensation is $19.00–$20.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
- Operate cremation equipment according to established procedures.
- Process and package cremated remains accurately and with care.
- Create memorial products, including paw prints and keepsakes.
- Perform quality checks to ensure orders are completed correctly.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Work with teammates to meet daily production goals.
