About The Position

REAL ALLOY is hiring an entry-level Operations Team Member at its Sapulpa, Oklahoma plant. The company recycles aluminum scrap and by-products into reusable aluminum metal. No prior experience is required; the role is suited to someone with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn who prioritizes safety, is detail-oriented, and is willing to operate power equipment such as forklifts and front-end loaders. The plant operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Employees rotate between 7 a.m.–7 p.m. and 7 p.m.–7 a.m. shifts every four weeks. Production crews work four consecutive days followed by four days off. Starting pay is $22 per hour, with opportunities for overtime and weekly pay. Benefits begin on the first day of the month after the employee’s start date. The role also includes 80 hours of vacation annually and nine paid holidays.

Requirements

A strong work ethic and willingness to learn; no prior experience is required.
Ability to regularly perform physical activities such as walking, lifting, shoveling, skimming, sweeping, and general cleaning of plant equipment and property.
Ability to function with minimal supervision.
Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
Experience or ability operating mobile equipment, including forklifts and loaders, is helpful.

Responsibilities
