About The Position

REAL ALLOY is hiring an entry-level Operations Team Member at its Sapulpa, Oklahoma plant. The company recycles aluminum scrap and by-products into reusable aluminum metal. Team members are expected to put safety first, be detail-oriented, and be willing to operate power equipment. No prior experience is required; the role is suited to someone with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. The plant operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Shifts rotate every four weeks between 7 a.m.–7 p.m. and 7 p.m.–7 a.m. Production crews work four consecutive days followed by four days off. Starting pay is $22 per hour, with overtime opportunities and weekly pay. Benefits begin on the first day of the month after the employee's start date.

Requirements

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn; no prior experience is required.
Ability to regularly perform physical activities such as walking, lifting, shoveling, skimming, sweeping, and general cleaning.
Ability to function with minimal supervision.
Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred, not required).
Experience or ability operating mobile equipment, including forklifts and loaders (helpful).

Responsibilities

Prioritize safety while performing operations work.
Operate power and mobile equipment such as forklifts and front-end loaders.
Perform physical tasks including walking, lifting, shoveling, skimming, sweeping, and general cleaning of plant equipment and property.
Work with minimal supervision.
