About The Position

The Manufacturing Team Member works in a fast-paced, quality-focused production environment in Seminole, Oklahoma. Team members are trained and assigned to tasks based on production needs, experience, and strengths, and may learn and rotate among multiple workstations. The role supports production workflow while following safety, food safety, GMP, and quality standards. Sanitation assignments involve thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing production equipment and facilities. Overnight sanitation hours are 8:30 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

Responsibilities

Inspect product, verify counts and labels, maintain line speed, and meet quality standards while packing or packaging.
Build pallets safely and accurately, check product codes, and keep workflow moving.
Operate or support production equipment and processes with focus, consistency, and attention to detail.
Support multiple production areas as assigned; follow safety and food safety expectations and complete required checks and paperwork.
Thoroughly clean and sanitize production equipment and facilities to meet food safety, GMP, and quality standards and support a safe, efficient production environment.
Learn additional workstations and rotate among roles to support staffing needs and production changes.
